A lack of wind prevented racing on day three of the 2021 J/70 North American Championship and the only attempt early afternoon saw the 59 teams return to the harbor soon. With an unfavorable forecast for the final day Saturday as well, the requirement of five races to constitute the championship has been revised by the Class Executive Committee, reducing it now to the three races already completed. ----- Up to now, the past-Worldchampion Peter Duncan, Rye, NY, USA and his team are the leaders, 3 points ahead of Ryan McKillen, Miami Beach, FL, USA, and 14 points in front of Terry Hutchinson/Jenn Norwood-Wulff, Annapolis, MD, USA. ----- The results, the Day 2 video summary, and the J/70 Facebook page.
