iQ-Foil - World Championship 2024 Lanzarote ESP - Day 2

The iQ Foil World Championships opened yesterday with 4 slaloms for the men and 5 for the women. ----- Luuc Van Opzeeland NED and Emma Wilson GBR are the clear leaders with 4 race wins each. Pilar Lamadrid ESP and Palma Cargo CRO are the first runners-up in the women's. ----- In the men's event, Sebastian Kördel GER and Joshua Armit each won three races in their group and are sharing the lead with Van Opzeeland NED. Elia Colombo SUI also got off to a good start, including a race win, and occupied rank 6 for the moment, while Sebastian Schärer SUI is 58th among the 118 participants. ----- All rankings and the event website.
