IMOCA Open 60 - Vendée Globe - Day 68 - Clarisse Cremer FRA working hard up the mast

Saturday, January 16, 2021
After the retirement of Samantha Davis GBR and Isabelle Joschke FRA/GER, Clarisse Cremer FRA (Banque Populaire), sailing 1160 miles behind in 12th place, is now the best-classified woman. For more than a week, she has been sailing close to Armel Tripon FRA (L'Occitane), one of the favorites who was set back at the start by an incident. Clarisse Cremer also had time to laminate her headsail in the masthead. Hard work, as the video (4min29sec) reveals.
