Olympic Worldcup 2018/19 - Enoshima JPN - Day 2

Good conditions prevailed also on day 2 of the Enoshima JPN Worldcup event with a 12-15kn wind, and the full program with 2-3 races per class was completed.
In the 470 men, the Japanese teams dominated with 3 boats among the top 4. Keiju Okada/Jumpei Hokazono JPN lead 3 points ahead of Matthew Belcher/Will Ryan AUS. In the 470 woman, Afrodite Zegers/Anneloes Van Veen NED are on rank 1 with a 3 points' advantage on Skrzypulec/Ogar POL.
In the 49ers, James Peters/Fynn Sterrit GBR are on top 2 points' in front of Fletcher/Bithell GBR. First in the 49ersFx, the Olympic Champions Martine Grael/Kahena Kunze BRA are coming back strongly. In their second competition since the Olympic victory, they are clearly leading with two race wins.
In the Finns, the best of the day Jorge Zarif BRA (ranks 3/1) joined the leading Giles Scott GBR on rank 1. In the Nacra 17, Ruggero Tita/Caterina Banti ITA won 5 of the 6 races. With Vittorio Bissaro/Maelle Frascari ITA on rank 2, the Italians rule the class for the moment.
Leader in the RS:X men windsurfers is Kiran Badloe NED 3 points ahead of Mattia Camboni ITA. Dorian Van Rijsselberghe NED follows on rank 3. In the RS:X women windsurfers, 2 Chinese women are on the ranks 1 and 2: Yunxiu Lu CHN and Peina Chen CHN.
