Kiteboarding - Youth Slalom World Championship 2017 - Barra Grande BRA - Final results

The 2017 Kiteboarding Slalom Youth World Championship in Brazil, qualification event for the 2018 Youth Olympics, was concluded yesterday with two races.
Cameron Maramenides USA successfully defended is first place in the Boys' category winning Gold ahead of Manoel Dos Santos BRA on rank 2. In the French duel for Bronze, Victor Bachichet FRA moved up on rank 3 yesterday. Maxime Chabloz SUI descended on rank 23, but as 9th nation, he has still an option to qualify for a 2018 Olympic nations' berth.
Winner in the Girls' category was Sofia Tommasoni ITA 6 points ahead of Lola Ulrich FRA. Bronze went to Nina Font ESP. The event website with ranking lists.
