IRC - Sydney-Hobart Race - Sydney AUS - Day 1

This morning at 3am the start of the Australian Christmas classic took place in Sydney. A rough race with thunderstorms, rain and fronts with up to 50 knots awaits the 120 teams - the report. In fresh aft winds, the super maxis were already able to pull away a little on their way south: Last year's winner 'Andoo-Comanche' with John Winning jr AUS leads by one mile ahead of 'Law Connect' with Christian Beck AUS.
