Anja Von Allmen nominated for the Sporthilfe Young Talent Award

At the beginning of her career, Anja Von Allmen won a bronze medal in the Optimists at the European Championships. Since then, she has won further medals: Last year, she won silver in the highly competitive ILCA 6 (Laser Radial) at the World Sailing Federation Junior World Championships, and silver at the Junior World Championships in the ILCA class. This makes Anja one of 5 athletes nominated for the Sporthilfe young talent prize (CHF 12,000) this year. The winner will be determined by a jury and a public vote, ending tomorrow sunday.
