Optimist - International Meeting - San Remo ITA - Day 1

Moderate winds prevailed on day one of the International Optimist Meeting in San Remo, usually held at the end of December. Both age fleets completed 3 races each. ----- With the ranks 1/1/5, Simon Mille SUI took the lead in the juniors (U15), one point ahead of Alex Demurtas ITA. Alessio Cindolo ITA is 3rd. Well started also Shari Carrara SUI and Felix Villiger SUI on ranks 7 and 8 of the 87 participants from Italy and Switzerland. ----- On top of the younger Cadetti (U12) is Filippo Osti ITA. Theo Villiger SUI follows on rank 4, and Edward Hirsch SUI is 6th among the 17 participants with the ranks 1/bfd/1. ----- The rankings and the drone video of the starts.
