As every year, the Trofeo Gorla was held on Lake Garda a week before the Centomiglia. The 50-mile-race of the multihulls was won by the X40-Cat 'Super Sail Academy' with Roberto Benamati ITA. The Quant 30 'Cold Duck' of August Schramm SUI with Nico Delle-Karth AUT took the line honours in the monohulls after 4 hrs 20 min 90 minutes ahead of the second-ranked. ----- The results by classes.
