Fresher winds around 15kn prevailed yesterday at the Laser Radial Youth Worlds and Ygit Citak TUR replaced Emilos Monos GRE on top of the Boys rankings. Tom Higgins IRL remains on 3rd. ----- As best of the day with the ranks 1 and 3, Matilda Nicholls GBR replaced Eve McMahon IRL on rank one in the Girls rankings.
