Star - Coppa Tito Nordio - Triest ITA - Day 1

The 33rd edition of the classic Starboat Regatta off Trieste began yesterday, well attended, as the Eastern Hemisphere Championship, one of five Silverstar events, will start at the same venue next Tuesday. Mit einer Wettfahrt begann gestern der bereits zum 33. mal ausgetragene Star-Klassiker in Triest. One race was sailed won by Hubert Merkelbach/Markus Koy GER ahead of Vater/Morf GER and Zhivolovskij/Shnyr RUS. Infanger/Chtechinine SUI followed on rank 24 among the 35 teams from 10 nations.
