The only Swiss qualified for one of the five Medal Races sailed yesterday was Mateo Sanz-Lanz SUI. Thanks to a 2nd race rank, he moved up on rank 9 overall in the RS:X men windsurfers. For all other Swiss, the Semaine Olympique has come to an end, as nobody qualified for today's Medal Races. Finishing 11th after the Qualification Series, Linda Fahrni/Maja Siegenthaler SUI missed the Medal Race of the 470 women by 5 points. nur um 5. Punkte. Kilian Wagen/Grégoire Siegwart SUI terminated their first Hyères Worldcup on rank 28 in the 470 men. David Biedermann/Jann Schüpbach SUI followed on rank 37. Eliott Merceron SUI was 33rd in the Lasers Standard. Maud Jayet SUI, with a premature start disqualification, is 33rd in the Radials as well. Andrea Nordquist follows as 43rd. The Finns did not sail due to lack of sufficient wind. Nils Theuninck SUI remained on rank 24, ... just ahead of the multiple World Champion Ed Wright GBR.
