Solo Around the World Record - François Gabart FRA - Day 35

Yesterday, François Gabart FRA reached the southern trade winds bringing him at good speed to the Equator, where the innertropical convergence zone will slow down his race for the record. But inspite of the not to big Etmal of 564nm, the advantage on the record grew on 1'817nm.
