In the Roaring Forties, the Maxi-Trimaran 'IDEC' continues to chase East full throttle and covered 871 nm in the past 24 hours, an average speed of 36,1 kn (67 km/h !). The good wind conditions should persist as far as Australia at least, allowing to further reduce the backlog on the record. This morning, there remained 393 nm to compensate.
