Down in the Roaring Forties, the Maxi-Trimaran 'IDEC' has finally accelerated on 30 kn plus, and in the past 24 hours, Francis Joyon FRA and his team covered 824 nm. The highspeed ride should continue for several days according to the forecasts. It remains to be seen how much of the backlog can be compensated. This morning, the deficit on the record was 611 nm.
