Thomas Coville FRA with his 'Sodebo' finished in New York as second in the Ultime-Trimarans 10 hours after the winner. This evening, the third big Trimaran 'Actual' with Yves Le Blevec FRA will cross the line. With 680 milles to go, Gilles Lamiré FRA on his Multi-50 is more and more extending his advantage on Lalou Roucayrol FRA who is now 228 miles behind with a damaged daggerboard. Armel Le Cléac'h FRA ('Banque Populaire') with his Open 60 is now 58 miles ahead of Vincent Riou FRA ('PRB'). Isabelle Joschke GER/FRA is still first in the Class 40 but the backlog of Phil Sharp GBR is down on 5 miles, and also Thibault Vauchel FRA 13 miles behind rank 1 has chances for the overall win.
