Seabreeze between 10 and 14 knots characterised the third day of the Palma World Cup. The ILCAs began with their final races in Gold and Silverfleet. Michael Beckett GBR maintained his lead in ILCA 7, Jean-Baptiste Bernaz FRA moved up to second place, 10 points behind. One point behind him, Philipp Buhl GER is now 3rd. Gauthier Verhulst SUI is now 49th, Martin Verhulst SUI follows in 126th place of the 198 participants. Mara Stransky AUS has taken the lead in ILCA 6, followed by Matilda Nicholls GBR in 2nd place on equal points. Maud Jayet SUI was one of the day's best with 9th and 8th place and moved up to 12th. Anja Von Allmen SUI was moving up to 27th place. Rosine Baudet SUI too is in the top half of the rankings in 57th place. The experienced teams advanced in the 470: Anton Dahlberg/Lovisa Karlsson SWE took the lead with two race wins, Jordi Xammar/Nora Brugman ESP and Camille Lecointre/Jérémy Mion FRA follow in 3rd place, with Malte and Anastassiya Winkel just one point behind in 4th place. In the 49er, Jack Ferguson/John Paul AUS maintained their lead, while Hernan Umpierre/Fernando Diz URU moved up to 2nd place with just one point behind. A further point behind them are Andrew Mollerus/Ian McDiarmid USA in 3rd place. The best Swiss team is now Joshua Richner/Nilo Schärer SUI in 42nd place, Sébastien Schneiter/Arno De Planta SUI are now 45th. In the 49erFX, Helene Naess/Marie Ronningen NOR remained on top 5 points ahead of Stephanie Roble/Margaret Shea USA. As team of the day with 1st and 2nd place, Maria Bergmann/Hanna Wille GER moved up to 3rd place. In the Nacra 17, Paul Kohlhoff/Alica Stuhlemmer GER remained in the lead, Ruggero Tita/Caterina Banti ITA moved up to 2nd place with 1st and 3rd place, Tim Mourniac/Lou Berthomieu FRA are now 3rd. In the men's Kite Foil, Riccardo Pianosi ITA has pushed Max Maeder SUI, who is tied on points, out of the lead. Valentin Bontus AUT follows in 3rd place. Karl Maeder SUI moved up to 37th place. Daniela Moroz USA continues to dominate the women's race, with Briana Whitehead AUS and Leonie Meyer GER in pursuit. Pavel Tarnowski POL continues to hold the lead in the iQ-Foil windsurf, Nicolo Renna ITA and Tom Reuveni ISR follow in 2nd and 3rd place. Elia Colombo SUI is now 37th, Sebastian Schärer SUI follows in 42nd place. In the women's race there is a Norwegian double lead with Maya Gisler NOR and Mina Mobekk NOR, followed in 3rd place by Theresa Steinlein GER. All rankings and the reports.
