ILCA 6 & 7 - European Championship 2021 - Varna BUL - Day 2 - the Swiss

In an around 15kn wind, the Olympic ILCA European Championships continued yesterday in Bulgaria. ----- ILCA 6 Women completed two races. Despite an early start, Line-Flem Höst NOR defended her lead ahead of Vasileia Karachaliou GRE new in 2nd, and Daisy Collinridge GBR in 3rd. Rosine Baudet SUI follows in 24th. Thanks to an 8th heat rank, Anja Von Allmen SUI improved to 43rd. ----- The ILCA 7 could only finish one race, as an orgy of general recalls of the ILCA 6 starting before delayed the program. Pavlos Kontides CYP won his heat and moved up in points to Michael Beckett GBR, who is still in the lead. Finn Lynch IRL advanced on rank 3. The Swiss were able to improve a little: Gauthier Verhulst SUI is now 52nd, Nicolas Rolaz SUI follows in 56th place. ----- All rankings and the daily report.
