Mostly sunny weather with 15-20kn winds from the shore, however puffy and shifty in the afternoon, prevailed yesterday, allowing to sail the full program with 2, respectively 3 races for the windsurfers. ----- Dahlberg/Bergström SWE defended the first place in the 470 Men. Mantis/Kagialis GRE advanced on rank 2, Doi/Kimura JPN and the Olympic and World Champions Belcher/Ryan AUS follow on the ranks 3 and 4. ----- In the 470 Women, the dominators of the 2019 regattas (Pre-Olympics, Worldcup Japan, European Championship) Camille Lecointre/Aloise Retornaz FRA remain on top inspite of a premature start disqualification. Skrzypulec/Ogar POL progressed on rank 2, Löwe/Markfort GER are now 3rd. ----- In the Finns, the USA duo Caleb Paine USA 4 points ahead of Luke Miller USA on the ranks 1 and 2 keep on fighting for the Olympic ticket. ----- In the Lasers Standard, Francisco Guaragna ARG joined the still leading Joaquin Blanco ESP on top. Andrew Lewis TTB on rank 3 leads in the battle for the 2020 Olympic berth, but Luke Ramsay CAN on 5th is only 3 points behind. ----- In the Lasers Radial, Erika Reineke USA replaced Viktorija Andrulyte LTU on rank 1. ----- Pedro Pascual USA is on top of the RS:X Men windsurfers ahead of Ignacio Beregnuer MEX and David Mier y Teran MEX on a safe way to qualify MEX for Tokyo. ----- In the RS:X Women windsurfers, Demita Vega de Lille MEX is in front ahead of Mariana Aguilar MEX and Farrah Hall USA. The former Olympian Nikola Girke CAN on rank 6 has good chances to qualify CAN for the Olympics. ----- All ranking lists and the daily news.
