As first class in the 2019 Régates Royales in Cannes, the Dragons initiated the traditional competition with two races yesterday. Pedro Andrade POR and his team are first interim ahead of the tied Anatoly Loginov RUS and Dmitry Samokhin RUS. ----- 35 teams from 14 nations. ----- The results and the event website.
