IMOCA Open 60 - The Ocean Race - Newport RI, USA - Start Leg 5

Tonight (European time) the 5th leg of the Ocean Race will start in Newport, already the last 'big leg', it goes across the Atlantic to Aarhus DEN. Yesterday, the Inport Race was scheduled in Newport, but had to be cancelled due to thunderstorms. It will be made up for today as a prologue to the start. The teams will compete with changed teams, the two super stars of the IMOCA class Charlie Dalin FRA (11th hour racing, with Justine Mettraux SUI) and Charles Caudrelier FRA (Holcim-PRB) are new. In the overall standings Holcim-PRB leads by just one point over 11th hour and Malizia.
