The qualifiers for the last European and African Olympic starting places began yesterday on Lanzarote. In around 15kn, 3 races could be sailed. ----- Robert Dickson/Sean Waddilove IRL took the lead in the 49ers, followed 2 points behind by Fletcher/Bithell GBR in 2nd. Fischer/Thibault FRA are 3rd. 43 teams. ----- In the 49ersFX, Lili Sebesi/Abane Dubois FRA and Helen Naess/Marie Roningen NOR are tied at the top with 46 teams at the start. ----- Paul Kohlhoff/Alica Stuhlemmer GER are already clear leaders in the Nacra 17 with the ranks 1/2/2.
