Already 32 points is the backlog of Lucas Rual/Emile Amoros FRA, best of the day (1/4/6) advancing on rank 3. ----- In the 49ersFX, Martine Grael/Kahena Kunze BRA extended their lead on 11 points. On rank 2 follow the big favorites Peter Burling/Blair Tuke NZL, Erik Heil/Thomas Ploessel GER are on 3rd. ----- Sébastien Schneiter/Lucien Cujean SUI had a remarkable day with the ranks 2/4/6 bringing them on the 5th place overall. ----- First leaders in the 49ersFX are Paris Henken/Anna Tobias USA and Ida-Marie Baad/Marie Thusgaard DEN tied with the same number of points. Racing was cancelled for the day for the 49erFX and Nacra17, while the 49ers started racing at 3:30 when the breeze settled down to 8-10 kts from offshore. ----- Clear leaders after 2 races are Erik Heil/Thomas Ploessel GER (ranks 1 and 2) ahead of Kevin Fischer/Yann Jauvin FRA (5/1) and Nart Lambrieux/Pim van Vugt NED (3/4). ----- The America's Cup, Olympic and World Champions Peter Burling/Blair Tuke NZL are 11th. ----- The 49er results. ----- For the first time, a public TV station transmits the competition full-length live against a modest fee. ----- The event website.
